Where do I find them at the airport?
You can find their shuttles at the end of Skywalk B (Level 6, Tower B) in the Hourly Parking Garage. To get there, from the baggage claim area, find the elevators located between Southwest and Delta to Skywalk B. Use the moving sidewalk to the parking end and look for the Skywalk B Transportation Waiting Area sign.
Ride Apps or TNCs are available at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport. Upon arranging a ride, take note of the driver’s name, plate number, and vehicle type, and color. Drivers are not allowed to solicit any cash as all payments should be made prepaid through the app.
