AVOID AT ALL COST! They oversell their shuttles and will leave you at the airport until they return 3-4 hours later. I was informed that due to the arrival time of my flight there wouldn’t be room for me on the van and I’d have to wait. I ended up having to take an Uber. The Epic van passed right by me as I was in line for my ride. For the return trip communication was null and when I checked the status it was listed as cancelled!! It took being on hold for 20 minutes to work it out. I’ll pay the premium for private or use Uber again before resorting to this mess of a service.

We were picked up promptly and delivered straight to our rental door in Breck. Return pickup was also punctual, even with 4" of fresh snow and frigid temperatures. Our driver returned us safely to the airport. The whole process was simple. The only hiccup was that the house we rented was on an alley that the booking website could not find. But, our driver happily dropped us off where we needed to go. Such a great service!

I've used Epic Mountain Express every year since 2019 and they have always provided excellent service. The booking process is seamless and the drivers have always been on time both in the Vail Valley and at the Denver airport. All of the drivers I've encountered have been professional and polite. What I also really appreciate about Epic is it's easy to get in touch with a human when you call them for assistance. I have also had to reschedule on-the-fly due to flight delays and they were very accommodating. I highly recommend them for airport transfer service!

Purchased Transfer for my family and I from EGE to Beaver Creek and from Veil to EGE. A couple of days later, the company runs a Black Friday promotion. I called while promotion was still ongoing and they refused to apply the credit. Says a lot about their customer service.

Had an awesome driver and a great trip from West Vail to Eagle. Driver was super helpful and professional. The vehicle was immaculate and the drive smooth and uneventful. We always use Epic Mountain Express and have always had good experiences. Our drive with Zack was the best. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend. Everything from reservation to ride experience, to and from DEN was top notch. Drivers were super professional, and just great people. Vehicles are in great shape and ride was comfortable. Communications and instructions were very prompt via text and email. Epic pass holders get 20% discount!!

Our experience with this shuttle service was absolutely amazing. Every part of the process was easy, which says a lot when you are a family of 5 (including a 1yr old) with a ton of bags. Our driver went above and beyond to accommodate us. Highly recommend using Epic Mountain Express if you're thinking about using a shuttle service.

The Epic Mountain Express was a great experience. Our flight into Denver was delayed, but the Epic people kept in contact with us and made sure we arrived to Breckenridge! The ride back to the airport was also great! Crazy weather had made I-70 a bit congested, but again, we were taken to the airport on time and safe! Thanks!!!
