Terrible service for the most part. The van was delayed, the driver went off road to drop someone home before taking us to the designated drop-off site etc. I had to take another shuttle elsewhere and everything just got delayed all around. For how expensive it is I’d expect better service.

If I could go lower than 1 star I would.
I was charged for a shuttle that never showed up. When the shuttle didn't show I called they said they were running 20mins late but they would be there. 45mins later still no shuttle. I called again but no answer. I was forced to book a last minute plane ride from Rochester to Minneapolis so I did not miss my original flight out of Minneapolis. I received no phone calls, emails or texts from them about being delayed or having to re-booking me. The only thing I did receive was a charge to my credit card. When I contacted customer service I was promised a reply back in 24-48hrs, it has been over a week and I have heard nothing. Currently going though my bank to dispute these charges. Very disappointed in this nonexistent "service"

They cancel shuttles( okay due to weather conditions- understandable) but I would expect to be rebooked at the first earliest shuttle departing- instead was told that they were overbooked for the next ones until around 24 hours from my original departure- this is unprofessional- I would expect to be rebooked at the earliest available - if they need they should get extra running shuttles for people stranded in the airport.
