Expensive. For 4 people it was over $300 and the driver was an hour late

The van was delayed, the driver went off road to drop someone home before taking us to the designated drop-off site etc. I had to take another shuttle elsewhere and everything just got delayed all around. For how expensive it is I’d expect better service.

When the shuttle didn't show I called they said they were running 20mins late but they would be there. 45mins later still no shuttle. I called again but no answer. I was forced to book a last minute plane ride from Rochester to Minneapolis so I did not miss my original flight out of Minneapolis. I received no phone calls, emails or texts from them about being delayed or having to re-booking me. The only thing I did receive was a charge to my credit card. When I contacted customer service I was promised a reply back in 24-48hrs, it has been over a week and I have heard nothing. Currently going though my bank to dispute these charges. Very disappointed in this nonexistent "service"
Posted by John cartwright on 24 March 19 on GoogleThey cancel shuttles( okay due to weather conditions- understandable) but I would expect to be rebooked at the first earliest shuttle departing- instead was told that they were overbooked for the next ones until around 24 hours from my original departure- this is unprofessional- I would expect to be rebooked at the earliest available - if they need they should get extra running shuttles for people stranded in the airport.

This company Go Direct was amazing and their drivers were amaizing their staff was amazing too. When the new company Groome bought them the business went down. Up at the msp checking in for the shuttle their people are not friendly but one person her name is Barb. Barb is friendly and is alwaying smiling. The other people at the dsk are not friendly. Go Direct is not the way it use to be. When Groome bought the company and wiped out Go Direct name Groome never called their customers to inform them what to look for on the shuttle. If Go Direct waa still around I would recommend them but now they wiped out by another company i wouldnt recommend them.

I went to the van and asked, but was told by the driver that he didnt know. I called back the main company number and let the lady speak with the driver. He was still confused, by this time we were 10 min past scheduled departure time. He went back in and there was a counter person inside who came out and proceeded to tell me how what I was doing was not allowed. I said I did not nor could not know about their proceedures. No amount of explaination about me just doing what I had been told could get through to her. She disavowed any responsability for what other employees of her company told me to do. I decided to use a different means of transport. As i was walking out to call uber, the lady at the original company coincidentally called out to me that they had a shuttle. I gladly paid her. I went outside to wait. As i waited outside another employee from go rochester came out and told me I should be ashamed at myself for yelling at the counter girl. Incredable, to be yelled at and then have someone try to shame you for defending yourself. I endulged her, but she too could not accept the concept of organizational fault. If someone in your company is at fault, or if your proocedure is at fault, you, as an employee of the company, represent the company for that fault. You own it. That is your job. This happens to me often enough in my work. Here I was being told to apologize to this employee because she kept on telling me I was at fault, and I wouldnot accept it. Apparently nobody at this company is responsible for what anyone else at thiscompany does. It was point of principle that I should have just ignored. Some people will never get it, but after days of flying around sometimes all you have is principle to keep you going. I hope all of Minnesota is not like this company. BTW This was my first ever review. Can I give negative stars. Go use Rochester shuttle Service instead.
