Do you provide car seats?
Shuttle Express does not provide car seats, but you can bring and use a size-appropriate child safety seat for child passengers. Washington law requires that every child under 8 years of age must ride in an appropriate seat until the child is at least 4'9" tall.
Do you have special children's fares?
Yes! Children younger than 3 ride free of charge (one for each paying adult).
What payment methods do you accept?
Shuttle Express Seattle accepts credit card payment only and for all services.
How much luggage can I bring on a shared ride?
Baggage is limited to two pieces per person, either standard-sized pieces or carry-ons. Additional luggage will be subject to an extra charge.
Do I need to book in advance?
If you are traveling to the airport, reservations are required. If you are looking for a ride from the airport, simply go to the Guest Service Desk on the 3rd floor of the parking garage and book the next ride.

DISHONEST PRICING. The invoice for a one-way trip is $140. What you are NOT told is that $22 of that is an automatic "gratuity". It is only after you pay that the "gratuity" is made visible. Unless YOU check the itemized receipt you will just think you paid $140 for a ride (but no tip, yet). Which means, if you tipped when reaching your destination, you tipped twice. Why is the "recommended gratuity" NOT shown BEFORE you press confirm? It only shows a TOTAL COST of $140. Why is the gratuity hidden until AFTER you pay?

If I could rate all of the customer service interactions with this company, it would be 5 stars. Especially for Gary. Unfortunately this review was a long time in the making and the three stars is due to the shuttle service we hired for our wedding day at TreeHouse Point shuttling our guests to the venue nearly 45min too early which ruined our photography and videography timeline for the day. I was forced to go hide in the main lodge on site so the guests wouldn't see me before the ceremony (45 minutes of expensive photo/video time wasted), which forced me to take my bridal party photos on an old balcony instead of in front of the iconic treehouses I paid over 15K for. My family was angry that we couldn't take our family photos before the ceremony as planned, only the groom's family got photos done beforehand since no one cared if they saw the groom first, which caused an argument to ensue between some family members and I had to do damage control when I should have just been having the time of my life. To their benefit, my husband altered the drop-off time (and he said a hard arrival time) a day or so prior to the event BUT he was told by the person he spoke with that this was noted on our itinerary and would not be an issue. Clearly the ball was dropped somewhere and I can't get that precious time back. The guests said the overall service was just fine though, which I appreciate very much.

It pains me to give them this review, because I had good experiences in the past and the drivers are good, by and large, but my most recent experience, in which I was charged a fee for something that was not my fault, warrants this.
I made a reservation for an hour later than my flight arrival because I anticipated that it would take some time for us to retrieve our dog from the airport. Shuttle Express automatically changed my reservation time to the arrival time of my flight, without even consulting me to confirm that this is what I wanted. Then, my wife and I were held up for two hours because SeaTac Airport took that long to get our dog to us. We did not sit around doing nothing. We frantically searched, asking every airport employee we could find for information and being directed from one place to another, until we finally found the dog two hours later. It was a terrible airport experience as it is, and we did not need extra salt to be rubbed on a wound.
We got the bill, and Shuttle Express charged us an extra fee for the delay. We were penalized for THEIR insistence on pushing our reservation forward and for SeaTac’s inexcusably incompetent handling of our dog. I wrote to them, explaining the situation, and got no response, not even an acknowledgment of how horrible the situation was for us.
It’s extremely unprofessional and unfair of them to do this, and because of this, I will not be giving them another penny.

Such a professional service. Used for my ride from and to Sea-Tac. Both drivers were well presented and helped with our luggage and with orientating us with Seattle and questions. Highly recommend using shuttle express

We are coming from a long flight, with a promise that someone would be waiting for us at the baggage claim. We have two kids and two seniors (one almost disabled and required a wheel chair). Supposedly they would be waiting at 10:11pm, when they sent a message. What happened... nobody was at baggage claim, nor in the load/unload area, and the assigned person (Ricardo) never answered the phone. We had to walk to the parking lot with a very old person, and we were waiting until 11:21pm when someone very nice appeared to save the day (Ryan). Truly...very irresponsible service. Please don't trust in what you pay nor their service, unfortunately we prepaid and canceling was not an option for us, but at least we can give the review and share the bad experience with more families.

Just a day before leaving Seattle for Orange County, I realized Uber did not offer child seats, in a panic, I decided to go with Shuttle express. I was impressed by their sense of urgency, and cleanliness. Our driver showed up to our complex ten minuets early, and got us to the airport safely, was also a very safe driver. However us not booking another ride was nothing personal, just a budget thing, and we later found a portable car seat.

Driver was very kind and respectful. My issue comes down to safety. I requested and paid $30 for a car seat for my one year old. Instead, the company provided a forward facing booster seat. Prior to pick up the dispatcher asked for my sons weight, etc. and even with this precaution the provided booster seat was not designed for someone so small (my son did not meet the minimum weight requirement). When I addressed this issue with the company I got an email that said “thanks for your input.” Aka they absolutely do not care.
Edit since the owner is attempting to make me look not credible by saying I didn’t address this right away. Please see his reply to my original complaint (pictured). I took 38 days to write a review but I reached out to the company directly previously. Also, I was absolutely without a doubt provided a car seat too big I don’t know why he is trying to dispute that.

Outstanding! I'm a corporate travel agent and we use Shuttle Express in Seattle for a couple of our VIP, high-touch accounts. I've been in the travel industry for over 20 years and I can honestly say this is one of the BEST and most professional ground transportation companies I've ever worked with. They completely understand what is important to the client in all areas, from booking, cancelling, quick response times, accuracy, attention to detail, customer service. They have nailed every little detail. I particularly love the email confirmation they send out. Easy to identify all the info you need, everything clearly outlined....and as an added bonus, they have a link in the email confirmation to "track your drive" on the day of the service!

Highly recommend. Driver showed up early wearing a suit and driving an immaculate condition suv. He was very professional and friendly. He loaded and unloaded all the baggage. I read some of the low reviews and they looked unfair to me... Just people who screwed up their reservation and want to blame someone else. They send you email confirmation... Review it. They also text you when on the way and when they arrive. You can track progress as well. You get what you pay for and if you want reliable, professional shuttle service, then I recommend this company. My trip was from Tacoma to sea Airport on Oct 5th at 7:25am pickup.
