Exceptional customer service and go above and beyond in my experience riding with them. While scrambling around the departures looking for them they called and waited for me and I got to my destination..Thanks Julie and staff

Our driver was fantastic. She had to drive through fog, rain, sleet and got us to LAX so smoothly. A true professional. Wonderful service overall. Nice lobby, and facility. Friendly staff and management.

Be aware of three things:
1. If there are insufficient riders scheduled for a shuttle, they will cancel the trip and require passengers to take the NEXT shuttle. That may leave you cooling your heels in baggage claim--where there aren't even any chairs to sit down in--for an additional two hours. (They will contact those who are already scheduled, but if your flight came in early or late and you're trying to catch a different shuttle, it might not be there.)
2. There's no way to contact them after 5 p.m. on the weekends or 6 p.m. during the week to find out if a shuttle has been cancelled or let them know that your travel plans have changed.
3. You only have access to the bathrooms in Palmdale after 8 a.m. and before 5 p.m. (weekends) or 6 p.m. (weekdays). So use the bathroom before you leave home if you have an early flight.

Great drive. Driver was polite and made our ride a pleasant ride. He was very knowledgeable about the airport. I recommend everyone going to LAX to take the shuttle.

Travel tip: Antelope Shuttle is a good service, and the operator means well. However parking is only available at their Palmdale location. For AV and Santa Clarita passengers who wish to save $ on the fare by utilizing public transit, I recommend the weekday early morning LADOT 574 commuter bus from the Sylmar/San Fernando station ($3.75), or, for those needing long-term parking, the Van Nuys FlyAway station at 7610 Woodley ($9.75, with parking at $5/day). Both options are significantly cheaper to get to LAX on time.

What a horrible experience! Catastrophic! Unreliable! The service failed to be punctual, professional, and precise. Long story short, the pretentious driver was rude, got lost, and made everyone on that shuttle late to a WEDDING!!!

Wish I could choose “zero” stars! I never leave reviews because I’ve been in the hospitality industry for over ten years but I have never seen such bad service. The hired driver from Antelope Express was given clear direction and timing in which his job was needed doing and couldn’t seem figure it out. He drove in the wrong direction for quite some time making over 50 people late to the wedding ceremony. He was also suppose to shuttle the same guests back after the reception and he was late picking them up then, as well. Not to mention his rude and unprofessional behavior. Thomas, the owner, is obviously unstable as he called the bride after she left a bad review and screamed at her about it. He was not a pleasure to work with from the beginning. If you are looking to hire a shuttle service for an important event or would prefer a pleasant experience, I suggest sticking with an Uber.
