Have used this service previously. They are great. My plane landed early and shuttle was able to move me up to the earlier shuttle. Our driver was great, super nice. Didnt get his name but he drive us 6/18/26 at 830am. Awesome driver

I called and spoke on the phone with someone. I had a question concerning the price as I wanted to know how much it would cost for 2 people. The person was incredibly rude, did not provide his name, and hung up on me after answering the question. The call lasted one minute because of this person's abrupt rudeness. With such awful customer service, I will not be using this shuttle nor recommend anyone to use it either.

Asked if I could jump on the 530pm shuttle from LAX. Rep said I could and that the shuttle was on the way. I waited and called several times until the rep said the shuttle had already left and they could get me on the 730pm shuttle. Wasted 1hr of my time. Zero stars.

Worst customer service ever, don't use them they suck. Fly Away is 1/4 of their price. The bus broke down 45 minutes before our pick up time and no one reached out to inform any of the paying customers waiting 4-hours later and when I called, a very rude woman who answers the phone with no care for their paying customers time, said we can refund you and find a way home. Just so wrong in so many ways.... DON'T USE THEM, THEY SUCK.

My first time using their service. Trip to LAX was on time and uneventful. Return trip from LAX - my Southwest flight was delayed multiple times and I was dealing with Carla via time changes for my trip home. They waited 15 minutes past their own departure schedule for me - and it was their LAST ride for the night. So very kind of them, I was so relieved, and both drivers to and from LAX did an excellent job handling traffic. I was very comfortable with their driving. I will definitely use them again.

This was my first time using the Antelope Express in addition to be on time and cost effective. Yalonda was exceptional! she was curteous, professional, and got us there in great timing! Would definitely use the service again.

I have been using Antelope Express for several years now, and they are always courteous, professional, thoughtful, and considerate drivers. They drive in the traffic like the professionals that they are. There are rarely any hard stops and in this traffic that is a feat unto itself. Their website is easy to navigate and when you have questions, they respond very quickly. Antelope Express has saved me money and time over and over again. I am grateful for this business.

I am incredibly grateful to the staff who schedule airport pickups and drop-offs. They are wonderfully understanding, kind, and generous going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience for me and my loved ones. The drivers, too, are wonderful, kind-hearted, and compassionate, always making every effort to assist passengers, including those with disabilities. I sincerely appreciate their generosity and kindness.
