George was an awesome driver. Kept in contact, arrived early, loaded my bags. Got me safely to Sky Harbor and settled me with a wheelchair. Very cheerful, pleasant and professional. Return trip, another wonderful experience with Jill. She contacted me after my flight arrived and kept me up to date with her arrival time. Loaded up, got me home safely and earlier than I anticipated. Definitely would recommend and use again. Downside -- the receipt with a link to review doesn't work.

George was very professional and prompt, and kept in contact with me from the time I landed until he made it to our meeting spot. He placed my suitcase in the van, and off we went, from Sky Harbor to Gateway airport. I waited no more than three minutes from the time I arrived at our meeting spot until seeing his van pull up. The van was clean and in great operating condition. We enjoyed a delightful and inspiring conversation the entire ride out to Gateway airport. This is probably the best livery experience I have ever had in my life!! I would highly recommend this company, and specifically their driver, George, for your transportation needs.

If I could put a zero I would. My friend and I booked them for country thunder a month before going. We arrived at the pickup location early and when we didn't see what would be a shuttle we called to ask what we were looking for. They said the driver had already left and we were not marked down and they would not come back for us even though they already had charged us and we were early. We said ok and talked to them about a refund and they said we had to wait until the next day when the right person was in but our number one priority was making sure they would pick us up from the concert since we had paid both ways and we did not want to be stranded. They reassured us we would be picked up so once again we left the concert early and called them and they once again said no the driver is not getting us because they were "full" leading us to be stranded for hours looking for a cab! Terrible terrible experience.

when you book online, you are not informed that a BLUE LINE SHUTTLE will pick you up, and not at the correct time, neither. my wife and stepson arrived at PHX airport and Stagecoach Express was not present at our requested time. then i called Stagecoach phone number in Apache Junction...I spoke with tony, but there was a bad connection, and he tells me he has no reservation for my family. so i kind of raised my voice so he can hear me better. tony tells me CALM DOWN, like i'm a child. he puts me on hold and must have contacted the driver. the driver shows up probably 30 minutes later at the airport and first says he saw my family waiting but didnt identify himself, but then changes the story and says he had to pick someone with golf clubs, so there was no room on shuttle...really ?? im not asking for a refund cuz i want nothing else to do with the

Perpetually late. Take an uber instead. This time they were 60 minutes late, which, after a 10 hour flight is not exactly what you want. Each time you call (if you are lucky to get a live person) they tell you the driver is around the corner and "should be coming shortly". Obviously a script. Uber works and they ride to AJ and Gold Canyon. At the same cost, if not cheaper, depending on time.

We have used them in the past but we're probably not going to moving forward. They were fine meeting our flight to take us to our home in Apache Junction. It was the return to the airport a week later that hit a major glitch and they didn't have anyone to be able to make it right.
They called the night before and also the morning of our flight to confirm our flight airline and departure time. They set our pick-up at 3:00 PM. At 3:15 we called to find out where our pick up was. They said they'd call the driver and call us right back. At 3:30 no one had called so we called again and held for 10 minutes before getting someone else who was going to call the driver. They actually did call us back only to tell us our driver had gotten hung up and we'd have to find other transportation.
Thank goodness for David with Uber. He pocked us up and got us to the airport in record time.
Sorry Stagecoach you've lost us as customers along with our neighbors at our Arizona home.

I will NEVER recommend or use this shuttle service again! The driver was over 40 minutes late for my pickup. The dispatcher said she couldn’t find my reservation even though the person I spoke to before said my driver was only running 10 minutes late! They get a total ‘F’ in my book. The driver took no responsibility for running late and didn’t apologize for it either. Just kept saying that there was ‘plenty of time to get you to the airport’. Take an Uber, reserve a rental, anything but use this service! Oh, and the driver felt it was appropriate to discuss his plans for a three month vacation on the phone with his boss while trying to drive! And no, there were no other passengers picked up or dropped off. It was just pick me up, take me to the airport and done.

I was to be picked up at 4:30 am, when they were 15 minutes late I called and was told they had me for pm, and they had no drivers available and it was up to me to find a way to the airport. At that time in morning there were no Lift, Uber, or taxi available. The way they handled this was very unprofessional, I will never use Stagecoach again. I had to reschedule my wife's and my flight costing me an additional 700:00. Shame on you Stagecoach.
