We made a reservation but they never came and did not return money despite several phone calls (each time they promised to reimburse the card).

Not good company.... they have my credit card number and they still charge me even though I am not in america ... they want cash money otherwise they will scam you ... Never use their services ... so shocked to see that in an airport, such as the one in Newark, accept such company. I thought I was in a safe place.

They tented their bus windows too dark you can’t see outside. Very frustrated since I was hoping to see New York and enjoy the ride. I saw NOTHING for two hours. It was like a perison bus. People who run this company aren’t smart at all.

No problems booked the shuttle when we landed at jfk. One hr wait. Shuttle on time. One hr drive to Newark airport depending on traffic. Good service.

My scheduled pickup time was 10:30 at Newark. It is now after 11:45 and no sign of the van. On the phone when making my reservations I was told they circle every 30 minutes. Not at all true
If I had a tighter connection at JFK I'd be renting a car. Stay away from this shuttle service no matter what the costs!!! Zero stars

I guess you get exactly what you pay for with this service. The shuttle was supposed to pick me up 7:30pm, it showed up 8:30pm. Then drove around airport picking up people before heading out. Great option if you low on cash as long as your travel time is flexible.

I used them today to go from Newark to JFK. My shuttle left on time at 1230 pm, and my driver was very helpful. Arrived on time.
I was hesitant to use them after reading negative reviews, however I enjoyed a great experience.

This was a ride from hell. I booked the shuttle to Newark airport from JFK at 6.30 PM and didn’t leave until 10.30 PM even though I was told that I will get a ride at 7.30 then 8.30 then 9.30. On top of everything the driver kept stopping to pickup more passengers. very very unreliable, unprofessional. DO NOT take! The rating should really be 0.
