Super easy to book. I loved receiving a confirmation email the day before both trips to ensure reliability. Showed up perfectly on time. Van was large enough for all 7 of us with our luggage (and we installed a car seat). Clean vans. Very friendly drivers.

We used Valley Transporter for wedding transportation at our June wedding in Amherst, specifically to shuttle guests to and from our after party, and they were phenomenal to work with. Coordination was seamless leading up to our wedding and they were prompt and courteous on the day. We used 3 of their vans and felt that our guests never had to wait for a ride. Highly recommend!!

Coming back from MA, and I am so pleased with the quality of their service. It was easy to call and book. Every person I talked to on the phone was very friendly. They follow up.

I would highly recommend Valley Transporter for transportation needs! I booked Valley Transporter this past August for our wedding to transport our wedding parties and I was incredibly happy with the service. The driver was prompt and respectful, and the vehicle was clean and spacious. Also, I found the Valley transporter office staff to be helpful and willing to answer my questions. I can't recommend Valley Transporter highly enough. They are a rare company that actually does what they say they are going to do. They did everything they could to accommodate our needs, were punctual, pleasant, provided a clean car. And, the driver, Leslie, was great. If you need to get somewhere, Valley Transporter is a car service you can rely upon.
