I could not even get a ride from these people. When I tried to schedule a shuttle, I got a message saying they don't have any rides available for my request! Wth?? Lousy company & lousy service...

I reserved 2 vehicles because we traveled in a group of 11 people and I was told they did not have a vehicle to accommodate that many. (No Problem). We arrived at the airport and 1 driver was there (William) and the other driver was caught in traffic so they were sending someone different; frustrating waiting for 15 minutes but you can not predict traffic. Other vehicle arrives and we were told it would only carry 3 people so I went with 2 children ( it was SUV and would have carried more) and the rest of the party went to the other vehicle. Guess What? The other vehicle was 11 passenger van..... We could have saved considerable money not having to pay for 2 vehicles (both ways) but to top it off, the driver that had me and 2 little kids DROPPED US OFF AT THE WRONG LOCATION! After trying to check in and being told it was not the right place, we gathered our luggage and walked to the correct place. My Travel Agent contacted the owner who told her that he checked with the driver and we were not dropped off at the wrong place!!! Ummm, Yes we were!
Instead of accusing me of lying a simple apology would have been sufficient!

SUPERSHUTTLE LEFT ME STRANDED AT 3:50 AM. Weeks in advance I reserved a ride to Tampa Airport to be picked up at 5:20 a.m. for a morning flight. Received a confirmation text the day before. At 3:50 a.m., on the morning of my scheduled trip, I received a text canceling my trip. Did not have the time to secure another shuttle/taxi service, as I always used Supershuttle and did not have another option. I was forced to drive to the airport and pay for long term parking. Have reached out to Supershuttle several times and have not heard back from them. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! EVEN POORER BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! ****We have reached out to Supershuttle multiple times and have yet to hear back from them........

Driver calls at 12:35 AM! telling me he'll be there to get me at 2:35AM, well flight is next day at 5PM! there are NO FLIGHTS AT 2:35AM!!! I hear NOTHING FROM SUPERSHUTTLE!! Flight back: NO ONE SHOWS UP!!! SHOWS UP 90 MINUTES LATE, SAYING HE CALLED ME...CALLED ME, TO SAY WHAT? HE'S LATE, THEN HE PUTS IN HIS OWN TIP, CRIMINALS!!

Frequent traveler and was trying to use Super Shuttle as I was going out of town for almost a month and didn't want to leave my car at the airport. Made an appointment for a pick up at and TPA and they never showed up. There is no one at the desk and the person answering the phone was very rude and unhelpful. They couldn't provide a time for pick up even though 6 other picks up were made in that one. ended up taking Lyft Lux for the same cost and they picked up within 5 minutes of request.
