This our first time using the Airport Shuttle Services. The customer service from booking to travel experience were positive, professional, and reliable. When my arrival flight was canceled, and we called to reconfirmed our departure from the hotel, the customer service agent initiate and assisted us to get a refund for that leg of the service we did not use because of the airline problem. Our departure bus was at our hotel on time for our 10.00AM flight. I strongly recommend using their service whenever you are in New Orleans.

At $24 a person if you are going with 2 or more a cab is cheaper. Desk and driver really nice but van took 16 folks meaning lots of stops. It was nice seeing city thru windows but if time matters uber or cab a better deal.

Arrived at the MSY desk at 4:40 and we’re told the next shuttle wouldn’t be until 5, cool, the cab line is super long anyway. We bought round-trip tickets to make the return trip easier. 5:00 rolls around but the shuttle doesn’t. The shuttle doesn’t come until 5:30 with no updates from the staff. After the group is shuffled outside, bags are loaded, tickets collected, we finally get to board. Then we sit. For a solid 15 minutes. Driver leaves, AC can barely keep up, and we get chastised for opening windows for some air when he gets back.
We leave the airport 50 minutes late.
At least we’re moving now, but there’s nobody going to the first hotel we stop at. This takes several minutes to figure out then it’s back to swerving through traffic. We eventually get dropped off, but confidence in this service is completely destroyed.
I called to cancel return pickup, nobody answered, and message left. Never got a return call but did receive reminder texts about the pickup time. I’m out the round trip money, but it was worth it to be done with this organization.
Moral of the story: get an Uber instead. It’s cheaper, faster, and far more professional.

I normally post positive reviews or nothing at all. However, this service was horrible. We arrived, on time, and waited 2 hours for a bus and we are still waiting. When I attempted to contact someone from the company, I received a phone message stating their office hours. Spoke to employee at airport. They told me about traffic and they had no idea when the bus would be there. Would not recommend this service to anyone.

I gave up my seat for and older lady passenger. Only to find out i had to find another seat.Then was told by the driver I had to go back and put up my back pack in the rack. There are over twelve other passengers that are sitting with theirs. She then refused to put her mask on properly. She had it below her nose. When ask to put it on properly she thanked us several times but refused to comply. What is her problem and why can she be exempted when we paying customers would be ejected and or banned.

We were the first hotel pickup this morning then spent 45 minutes zigzagging through downtown while driver tried to communicate with dispatch with no working radio to fill the bus. 10 hotels later (including 3 stops with no passengers to pickup) we were finally headed to MSY...also zigzagging, but this time between travel lanes on I-10. Never again will we use this service.

First of all There should be a rating of Zero. Giving them a 1 is way to high. I signed up for the shuttle in advance for $40, $20 each way, to and from the hotel. On the way to the hotel I had to wait for a bus for 30 minutes, then once on the bus we waited another 30 minutes for the last passenger that never showed. Then another 30 minute drive to drop me off at the hotel. On the way back I had a pickup of 2:30PM. They never showed up and at 3:15PM I took a taxi to the airport for $36. Just so you know, if you share a ride in a taxi with someone, it is cheaper than the bus, and no waiting. After this experience I will never use the airport shuttle service at any airport ever again. Oh, and on the back of the ticket it says NO REFUNDS - NO EXCHANGES - NO CASH VALUE, so basically they take your money without standing behind their obligations.

I normally only post positive reviews but I feel I must warn others about this service. Do not use this unprofessional service! They sent me a text message late last night canceling my 5:55 am pickup due to driver calling in sick. If you want to make your flight on time use a professional transportation service. They refunded my $48 shuttle fee but it cost me $70 to change my flight!

Do not wait in the line at the airport for this! Not worth the wait. Take an Uber. We thought this was our only option. Non-redundable tickets. They led us to believe round trip tickets was our only option. We had to wait for every seat on the bus to fill up before he'd leave. Then instead of stopping at the hotels as he passes them, he is going in order of who got on first. It's taking three time a as long. We passed our hotel multiple times already. Been on this bus for three hours now. Had to change our dinner reservation.
