Our shuttle to our destination was GREAT! Oscar was informative and friendly! HOWEVER, Carlos on the other hand.. was our pick up to the airport after our vacation. He seemed friendly and pleasant. Punctual even! UNTIL, I received this text “I never received the tip, but thanks anyway.” When he was told we would send the tip after we were in the airport. Travel is stressful! People need to learn PATIENCE! Now he can go without!

Ooohweee, what everyone else said: the reps at the airport desk are weirdly hostile.
I didn’t make a reservation in advance because I was debating between using them or just grabbing a rideshare. I figured I’d decide once I landed.
When there was a bag carousel delay, I wandered over to scope out the situation. I saw a shuttle parked out front and approached the desk. I was the only person in line.
I asked the woman, “What time does the next shuttle leave?”
She replied, “There’s a shuttle out front.”
“I see that,” I said. “But I have some things to do first. What time does it leave, or when’s the next one after that?”
She just repeated, louder this time and with a finger jab toward the door, “There’s a shuttle out front.”
Rather than keep engaging with her non-answer, I walked off, grabbed my bag, and ordered a Lyft. What a bizarre encounter.
This tells me they probably don’t have a set schedule at all. Like hotel or airport parking shuttles, they likely just leave whenever the driver feels like it or the van is full enough.
HARD pass.

I booked the shuttle upon my arrival in New Orleans , for drop-off and pick-up . My pick-up time was scheduled for 8:25 a.m. After waiting 20-25 minutes, I called to inquire and was told the person was 15 minutes away.They were running late. The driver arrived at 8:50 a.m. and had another pickup that never came. I believe they forgot my schedule/ paid pick-up and only remembered after I called. The pick-up seems to be more of an issue. So, always give them an hour earlier departure . That way, you have time to make other accommodations in the event they are late or no-show.

The shuttle to the hotel was great. Returned trip scheduled for 6:25 am had to be rescheduled until 7:10 a.m. called about it only offered to refund. Didn't seemed concerned about our making the flight. Then driver called trying to get us to reserve again after canceling and getting a different service provider from our hotel. Almost 15.00 cheaper.
If you don't have a scheduled it works.
I wasn't impressed with the customer service.

We used Airport Shuttle last week. The ride from the airport to our hotel wasn't terrible, but we almost missed our flight home because they picked us up at 10:50am and still had 3 more stops that were very spread out, in addition to regular Friday morning traffic. We arrived at the airport at around 11:40 and the line for security was so long. Flight started boarding at 12:15. We were 2nd to last on the plane. That's cutting it way too close for me. If we had bags to check or needed to print boarding passes, we definitely would have missed our flight. We didn't even have time to use the restroom.
In addition, the shuttle van sounded like it's engine was going to blow up. The check engine light was lit the entire time. That was scary.

I saw this advertisement while looking for any Covid protocols for MSY airport. I wasn’t disappointed. I wanted a round trip, but my flight home was too early for pickup, but I still used their service to take me to my hotel. There was a family of four and another single traveler along with myself that took the shuttle to our respective hotels. Our driver gave a tour along the way, noting and pointing out key features along our route. It was very interesting. He was helpful with the luggage and dropped each of us at our check in destinations. I would definitely recommend using this service, if your plane doesn’t leave too early. My cost was only $24, but would have only been $44 if I could have booked for both ways.(These prices include tax) Cheaper than a taxi. You pay at the airport, cash or card and can tip there, but I like to see how my service goes before I tip. Looks like they accept some form of discount on top of that low price, not sure how to get that though.

Do not use this service. They do not care if you get to or from your destination. I had a reservation. I received confirmation. I was given a vehicle identification number and driver. They never showed. Then I tried calling the number to talk to someone. After several attempts a person answered. She said I had no reservation. Told me I would be issued a refund and hung up on me. If she cannot find my reservation how did she know what hotel I was at and how will she give me a refund. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I have not done Lyft or Uber but I will be from now one. I see no reason to ever come to New Orleans again. I am not sure why this service was recommended by the conference I attended. Now that I see other reviews it has terrible ratings. Very similar experiences as I had.

I scheduled a 9:00am pickup at the Carnival Cruise terminal to drive us back to the airport. I was told to call to get an earlier pickup if we got off the ship early. Not only did they not answer the phone or call me back to get an earlier pickup time they text me telling me my 9:00am pickup was changed to 9:15am. Considering it took them over an hour to go from the airport to the terminal I had little confidence we would make our flight at 11:20am. I received a return call 5 minutes after the 9:15am pickup. The very definition of a day late and a dollar short.

Drivers are very nice but return shuttle to airport was not timed well after giving them my flight time. If you don’t want to fly by the seed of your pants do not take!!!! I assume they’re understaffed? I hope they can make improvements bc we all love a reliable shuttle.
