Took a one-way shuttle FROM airport TO hotel. No issues.
Checked in with app while getting luggage. I was a few minutes early so I was able to get on an earlier shuttle. Don't stop at the counter inside, go directly outside.
Driver was helpful and friendly. We had a mix of passengers going to the Garden District, CBD, and Quarter. Driver dropped off Garden first, then CBD (Marriott), my stop.
Would use them again.

Great service, great company. While in New Orleans for a convention, we did not know there would be numerous parades as it was not the "Mardi Gras" week, so I thought. A number of things could have gone so wrong and the service and staff at Airport Shuttle New Orleans were terrific and circumvented so many problems for us. I would definitely recommend them and give them many thumbs up and stars.

They're getting one star only because I have to give them one in order to post this. The clerk rushed to take my money because the shuttle was leaving in "5-minutes". 45 minutes later we were just pulling off. The driver was 2 blocks from my hotel when he headed into the quarter. When I asked him why he wasn't dripping me off he told me I wasn't on his schedule, I shared my receipt and was told that he was supposed to stick to his tablet schedule. I persisted only to be let off by the Sheraton to walk to my hotel. I will never use this service again nor with a clear conscience, recommend anyone use them.

Terrible service. Terrible customer service. My colleague paid $60 for a round trip ($16 more than the normal fare). Got to the counter, only showed one way. They would not refund him or give him the return until an hour later of haggling on the phone. He had a receipt and a confirmation number. No help whatsoever. The so called manager was a complete waste of time. Don’t waste your time by booking online, just book at the desk at the airport. The ladies there were terrific.

Absolutely terrible. Purchased a round trip ticket. Set my pickup time for 9:05. After multiple phone calls the shuttle finally showed up at 9:45. Driver said other passengers took priority. I would advise using Uber or another service. Very rude and condescending.

WORST SERVICE EVER. They have zero capacity to be in this business. Rudest and the most pathetic customer service I have ever experienced. For an airport pickup at 5 am, I was left stranded until 5.45 after which I’ve had to find another way to get to the airport. Pathetic. First they were late for a 5 am pickup. I called at 5.10 am and was told that it would be a few more minutes and I should wait in the lobby of my hotel (HI New Orleans). About 15 minutes later they call the hotel asking me to come to a corner. The receptionist confirms the location and the representative on the phone gives the wrong location. The driver was apparently on the other corner and I was left standing for 20 minutes for a no show while trying to call the company and being put on hold. No system to coordinate with the driver or communicate even though they have my contact details. Eventually I’m told I will have to find my way to the airport myself and that this is non refundable. Their counters at the airport are unattended and they are simply refusing to take my calls now. Don’t even have the courtesy or professionalism to communicate their screw ups properly. The agent refuses to take my calls and is hanging up on me. Don’t go into a customer oriented business if you can’t keep up with basic service or train your staff in basic courtesy or professionalism.
