Got fired as a customer from Go Alpine tonight after they provided me an ETA and I praised them for recognizing and correcting their competitive disadvantage. Apparently they track all their customer interactions and I have a history about criticizing them on not providing ETAs (guilty as charged! Uber can do it. Lyft can do it.) Manager that called me and cancelled my ride said they’re not like Uber or Lyft and basically implied providing ETAs in busier times is impossible. (Didn’t even have time to recommend all the off the shelf software, IT and business consulting companies or 1st year college business courses that could solve that problem before I got fired as a customer). Lyft driver loved the story. Currently working on how to have the credit card company for the previous trip about 3 hours earlier with them to be charged back but still have the driver get the generous tip left him. It’s a company issue not an employee issue. Their drivers are awesome.

The air port shuttle service appears to be good. However, I got left behind trying to catch the shuttle from DIA. I was walking with bags in hand towards the goalpine van at exactly the scheduled time, 3pm. Another bus passed in front of me, which caused me to stop and wait for that bus to move forward. After that bus moved, the go alpine van was gone. The real instructions need to say, be standing at the pickup location, which is the island #1, 10 minutes before the scheduled time. The scheduled time is actually the departure time and they don't wait a second longer.

Matt was a great driver and on time. The phone operator also made a last minute reservation change for me. Highly recommend these folks.

One star is too much
They picked us up to snowshoe with a promise to be available for return as it was cold and there was no place for shelter
We requested pick up at 5 pm but they said They didn’t need to schedule and just to call 30 min in advance
We did and Paula staTES we were next in cue and they would there to pick us up.
After 30 min we called back (now cold and getting dark) and were told by Paula that next in cue doesn’t mean next ride and we shouldn’t understand that is purely at discretion of dispatch!!!
So we spoke to very rude dispatch who appeared to enjoy his position of power over two middle Aged people that were cold and were assured return He stated that “if he made decisions about when people are picked up and not Paula who answers the phone and that if had a crystal ball he would predict they would not be able to get is at all as their priority is within city limits”
WE WERE UNAPOLOGETICALLY ABANDONED DESPITE ASSURANCES OF TIMELY PICK UP
WE COULD HAVE DIED IN THE COLD NIGHT WALKING HOME FOR ALMOST TWO HOURS
NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY !!!!

It is very hard to get them to answer their phone. Their drivers are nice, though.
This company needs some local competition to add some octane to their performance.

This service is way too expensive for what you get - not the bus drivers' faults, but management pack the shuttle buses to the max, and you end up being picked up so many hours before your flight to allow for the fact that they need to pick up between 10 & 15 groups before actually departing for the airport. Same experience when coming in from the airport. Last year, it took 2 hours from the local airport to finally being dropped at my accomodation, and it was the same (though not quite as long) this year - last to be dropped off. I have used this service on and off for 14 years, but this was the last time ever....

Prompt, professional, and willing to go beyond expectations. I expected an eager but amateur operation. Pleasantly surprised that I was completely wrong.

We requested a shuttle service from Denver to Steamboat, since our flight had been canceled due to weather and the receptionist was very pleasant, and we were able to schedule the pick up time and place. We were informed at the established pick up time that the driver would be 30 minutes late due to the weather, which is understandable. Several times and several passengers complained about the cold temperature in the shuttle, only to have the driver angrily respond that there were only two settings: on or off and then proceeded to patronize us " and you guys want to go skiing tomorrow?" when he knew all our heavy ski gear was in the luggage compartment. If the heater was defective, we shouldn't have been on the shuttle in that weather, and his bad attitude only made it worse. It was so cold that the condensation on the windows, froze. I'm attaching a picture for reference.

Lie to you and tell you that there will only be a couple of stops and you will arrive to the airport with plenty of time. Meanwhile they pack the bus to the rim with people, make 12 stops, and leave you only 15 minutes to get to your gate. Quite expensive, inconsiderate, and inconvenient company.
