Don’t even waste your time. Prepaid for a ride to the Westin hotel and the driver asked me for the piece of paper from the airport attendant. There was no paper provided to me. Then the driver asked where I was going and if anyone discussed the price with me. I told him it was prepaid and he began to ask for my confirmation number, punching it in while driving. Even before all of this, the attendant just stared at me blindly when I walked up to the desk. No “hello” or “can I help u. Once I told him I had a reservation, he stared at me again for what seemed to be forever before asking to see my reservation on my phone.
Use Uber, Lyft, or a taxi. Not sure how this outfit continues to do business.
