We have used Knights Limousine several times when traveling out of Logan. They are always friendly and professional. They are really reliable to be on time and have been willing to take us to the airport at all hours. The cars are really comfortable too which is really welcome after a long day traveling.

We booked a last minute trip from Logan. I had to call customer service since on-line could not accommodate our request. I assumed they were already fully booked. Customer service rest assured they could help and processed the booking for me. Amazing service! It was a late night flight and we felt better knowing we had a ride waiting. But then our flight was delayed and we notified Knight's and they kept us posted and once again, reassured us they would still be waiting. And just like they said, we arrived at 1:30am and our driver contacted us immediately to let us know where he would be waiting. We found him easily and he was so kind even though we were over 2 hours late. We finally arrived home safely an hour later and when we thanked our driver, he said we would like to thank you for using Knights! This was the best customer service experience and while we've used Knights for years, we will always continue to use Knight's services because they go above and beyond to ensure your experience is less stressful. Kudos to you!!!!

I have used Knights van services @ least 10 times. They are the best! Prompt courteous service . Always helpful with the luggage/getting on and off the van. The pricing is fair.....no added/extra fees. I always feel safe/the drivers are most cautious even in questionable weather. The vans are in good condition/clean. I have 2 more scheduled vacations...............for sure it will involve Knights Ruth Ryan

I used Knight's Airport Limousine Service to arrange several pick-ups for coworkers coming in for a business trip and had a great experience! Super clear communication, timely pick-up, and very friendly staff/drivers. I would highly recommend and will definitely be using their service again.

I used Knights Airport service for the first time this week. The van arrived promptly and the driver met me at the garage door and walked me over to the van so I would not fall on the black ice. He drove carefully in the snowy conditions and got us to the airport on time and safely. Would definitely use this service again.

Literally the best. Extremely responsive. Always on time. Drivers are very respectful and get us to our destination safely. Prices are affordable and I couldn't recommend Knights enough!! Have used them multiple times and have never had even the smallest of issue.

The booking process was easy. The drivers were prompt with pick up on way to airport and return trip. Our flight was delayed and changed. I notified Knight’s and no problem with the changed time. Vehicle clean. Would definitely recommend this company.

I have used Knight's several times going to Logan from the Worcester area and back. Everyone has been very helpful and pleasant from the booking folks to the drivers. Even with several changes to flights due to weather they are on top of it all and always on time. Their reliability and convenience are great.
