I reserved a 7am pick up service for my friends. The driver misread the time and got there at 6am. He then proceeded to wake me up with extremely rude phone calls at 6:42am and 6:51am blaming me for the reservation time. He threatened to leave if my friends don't show up at exactly 7am. I could've gotten an Uber for $30, instead, I paid $152 for the premium service they claimed to provide. And this is what I get? AVOID!

In fact on the return trip our flight was delayed by over an hour and we did not walk out of the terminal until 11 p.m. The Knight van was ready and waiting for us.

Drivers are professional and courteous. For over 15 years, Knights has been picking us up. They have never disappointed. Twice they have saved my family from disaster because the reservationist noticed that my airfare did not match my date of reservation. Wrong month, wrong day, etc. They are always on time. Once a driver rang our doorbell because our alarm did not go off and he waited patiently while we gathered ourselves.... we would have missed our plane without his great service. Time and time again, Knights delivers. Traveling is stressful enough, I like to say that my vacation to begin the moment my Knight’s Limo shows up, why use anyone else?

Posted by Marcia Young on 12 March 18 on GoogleAlthough our drivers have always been great, and never a problem before today in reservations, today it took me FOUR phone calls to get reservations correct for two couples travelling to Ft. Lauderdale on Mar. 3rd. Also, even now there is a twenty minute difference in pick ups when we only live two streets apart. Not happy!!!

He was yelling at her nonstop. How unprofessional that was. That's not how you represent your company buddy. Guess I will be looking for another Limousine with better customer service!!

Not only is the service done in a timely manner (early arrival both times) the company and the drivers are incredibly personable and helpful. From booking to confirming the drive, everything was easy. If you want a luxury service, wonderful experience, and the friendliest drivers don't even think twice and call them ASAP! Can't wait to use them again!! Huge thanks to our driver and an even bigger thanks to Gary for helping me get that birthday surprise!! Simply awesome!

I arrived at Boston Logan airport ready to catch my reserved shared service with knights limo and no shuttles were in the location I was advised to go to catch my ride. I'm in the area on business and have 3 large bags of luggage and when I didn't see the vans I called the 800 number for assistance. The fist customer service representative (male) asked me was I standing at the area I said yes he said the next one is at 4 and hung up the phone. The second customer service (female) answered the call and I attempted to explain this was my coat time Using the service and that the first rep hung up on me without allowing me to finish aski how the service worked she asked me are you going to allow me to talk And Inasked her what are you talking about and she hangs up on me , the third time I called I immediately asked to speak with a supervisor and the lady said that I am a supervisor I told her the entire story and that two of her reps hung up on me and that I was trying to find out if there are certain vans to ride . At this point I was heated because I had gotten hung up on twice . She did apologize by the damage had already been done . I cancelled my reservation and would Rather pay an extra $50 dollars and catch a cab and not give my money to a company who has customer service rep treat paying customers with no respect.. rediculous

Reservation time was 6 p.m. but driver never showed up until almost 6:30. Thank goodness it was daytime as you have to wait outside. We then had to be transferred to another van halfway home. Not a good experience after an 8 hour flight. I will have to think twice before using Knights again.

We had approximately 20 people arriving from both international and domestic flights into three terminals. They ensured that each knew exactly where to wait and helped us all get loaded and quickly on our way. To boot, they took the time to purchase snacks for our trip. A welcome gesture after the long flight. This was many of our guests first impression of the US and it couldn't have been a better way to start our trip. Plus, the cost was extremely reasonable for the service provided by the extremely courteous drivers. On our return trip, the bus was waiting for us upon our arrival and even made an extra stop to drop off two guests. If we need transportation in or around the Boston area again, we'll definitely be using Knight Transportation!
