We did a round trip service from Port Hueneme to LAX. Both drivers were on time and got us where we needed to be in an efficient manner. They were also very friendly. A lot of the negative reviews likely stem from rides being scheduled at unusual times, like early morning or late at night. Based on our experience, you will be fine if you schedule rides from 10 AM to 6 PM.

I wish I could give negative stars. Absolutely horrible service. Do not use. I confirmed my reservation the night before my flight and received a text message at 3:50am for my 5am pickup. The driver did not show (said mechanical problems) and they said they would send another company but would not give me any additional on what company or driver. Then they said I could also look for alternative ways to get to the airport. Very poor customer service, little to no communication, and terrible logistics. Avoid at all costs. Schedule an Uber in advance and it will be cheaper and less hassle and stress on you.

DO NOT USE THIS SHUTTLE SERVICE
I had a reservation for a 2:59pick up on at my residence for a ride to LAX. I was sent a text message confirming my reservation and a link to track of the driver in real-time. I clicked on the link and it said the driver was 46 minutes away. After 10 minutes passed I checked again and it still said he was 46 minutes away. I then called the driver to confirm the time of pick up. I told him my name and tried confirm the pick up time of 3:00. He corrected me saying it was 2:59, which I acknowledged. Then I told him about the online tracker and how it was saying that he was 46 minutes away and that I was trying to confirm that he could pick me up at the designated time because there was no way he could make it on time to pick me up if he was truly 46 minutes away. He ignored my attempt to confirm the time and asked me if I was ready to be picked up, which I replied yes. He then told me to come outside right now. I asked him if he was there at the pick up location. He ignored my question again and started raising his voice to tell me to come outside if I was ready to be picked up. I questioned him again, asking if he was there right now, because if he was, I would come out for the ride. He ignored my question again and yelled at me even louder, telling me to come outside. It is unacceptable that this man yelled at me when I was merely trying to confirm my pick up time with him. I just want to emphasize that this man, started loudly yelling at me over the phone. I would never recommend their shuttle services to anyone and will actively tell people to never use this shuttle service for as long as I live.

I would give ZERO stars if that were an option.
I reserved to be picked up at LAX with an executive sedan. When I arrived at LAX, the app showed that my driver had arrived. I called my driver and told him what column I was standing next to. He told me he would be there shortly.
Ten minutes went by and nothing. I watched every black SUV drive by and double checked their license plates. None of them were my driver. I checked the driver's location on the Prime Time Shuttle app and it showed that he was still at the Prime Time Shuttle office in Inglewood.
I called my driver and he said it would would be another 10-15 minutes. No explanation, just it would take longer. Mind you, I had my 9 year old daughter and our luggage. And they had already charged my card.
My driver came THIRTY MINUTES LATER. He claimed to drive by four times, which was COMPLETELY FALSE. He continued to argue with me throughout the ride to Orange County.
Customer service was not helpful and I called them on two separate occasions.
NEVER USING THEM AGAIN.

Horrible company... Please do not spend a dime in here and save yourself a flight, and stress, I would rather pay more for good service... They also do not treat their drivers well! And if you've gotten good service you are a really lucky one!

The worst ever I have seen, they cancel my booking and updated as done and charge my card, to re book it again they charge me more money, and after they provide the driver details, he never showed up, when I called them, they said it has been cancelled and you have to find another way to go home after 18 hours flight … the refund haven’t received till this moment as well… they deserve less than zero

Last 2 experiences the pickup times were great and cheaper fares than the usual ride share services. I am now giving them yet another opportunity to provide timely and courteous service. Let's hope i don't have to "eat my words"!

they can’t possibly be any worse. After receiving a confirmation text stating what time they were going to pick us up and where, they simply decided not to show up. This was at 10:30 PM at LAX. They basically left our family hanging (including two children and two elderly people). They didn’t even call to say they weren’t going to show up.

I’m appalled with the poor customer service of this company. I did a booking to be picked up and dropped of the airport. They said that the second booking didn’t went through but I got charged for this. I sent them my statement to proof that it was true.
The only option they gave me was to dispute the transaction with the bank. I was with my whole family relying on this service to arrive to the airport.
The customer representative even said to me that it was my fault as I didn’t check earlier - even though I got a confirmation email from the company + the funds were taken from the credit card.
More than, that was the passive aggressive tone they used twice once when I chatted and then when I called directly.
They “suggest” to call my Australian bank - when I said that it was earlier in the morning - they said - it is 530am….(don’t know what they want me to do with that, as banks open at 8 or 9 am)
I tried to talk to the manager - “jay” - but the only way was through email to be answered in the next 24 hours.
PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AN AVOID THIS COMPANY - I should’ve done it too -
