If I could give them 0 stars I would. We made a reservation for a shuttle van and were last minute given a SUV. I called customer service and was told the reason for that was due to them no longer having shuttle vans available yet they are still advertising them. I am furious because they are misleading customers to believe they paying for a specific service and then given anything they want last minute. Last year they never sent out a driver and I had to wait an hour at LAX until they dispatched one. When I arrived at LAX I was on the phone waiting for customer service for an hour. They never picked up so I had to contact them thru chat. Horrible service year after year and never again will they have my service again.

I used this service as there were many family members traveling together. So needed a shuttle that could fit 6+. The shuttle picked us up on time, however the driver was reckless. Speeding, changing lanes abruptly without signaling, and overall the vehicle was not what we were led to believe we'd get. We chose a shuttle, we got a beaten down van that looked like it was going to break down. Awful experience.
As I had booked a return as well, I decided to give them a second chance. This was worse. Three hours before my flight landed, I get a text that my driver is already heading to pick us up at airport. I contacted customer service, they said they would look into it, then they stopped responding. I'm still waiting for their response. I text the driver, he didnt respond either until 1 hour later. Then, we get another shutty broken down van. On top of that, the driver got lost multiple times, and their call center calling non stop to confirm I was picked up and if I had a great experience. No, I did not.

The worst company in the world. Literally.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Prime Time Shuttle let me and my family, pets, and 12 pieces of luggage on the side of the road at 4:00am in the cold and dark because they FORGOT to pick us up. We scheduled the transportation 2 weeks ahead and they charged my credit card immediately. They even sent a text message the night before.
At 4:00am, nobody showed up. At 4:30am I got a call asking if I was with the driver!?!? When I said no, I was told they couldn’t reach the driver and he must of slept in so they are canceling the ride.
I asked if they could help me find another ride, they said “No” and hung up! They would not pick up my call when I tried to call back several times.
$900 later I found a ride, making us late so there was ticket change fees, missed flights, and I was late for my deployment to the Middle East. After more than 100 emails and phone calls, Prime Time Shuttle refuses to communicate with me or even respond. They wouldn’t cancel my credit card charge so I had to have my credit card dispute the charge! I have written to the BBB who opened a claim. And if you read online about these criminals, you will see I am not the only one who this has happened to. They seem to be a criminal organization that launders money thru their “business”.
Absolutely without a doubt the worst company on the face of the earth. Please please please do not use this company. They will totally screw you over, take your money, and leave you stranded.

It's super old school where you actually walk out onto the asphalt usually from both ends of the plane making for a quick entry and exit. It's the perfect flight to Los Angeles, CA from Long Beach and waiting at this airport has gotten way better! Plenty to eat and drink while sitting in a well thought out and modern landscape!

RUN AWAY! This service DID NOT pick me up at my reservation time. You can see that I set my reservation for 11:30 a.m. on 3/11 in the confirmation email.
I walked up to the kiosk for pick up at 11:28 a.m. and was told my ride had already left. I checked my email and saw that my ride was taken at 10 a.m. by someone else. I was still on an airplane at 10 a.m. and I did not request the ride at 10 a.m.
I was told no refund would be given. I told them that I needed to get to where I was going and they said I could get a ride for an additional $26, so I had to take it since no other shuttles were available. I paid $75 for a ride that was supposed to be $50 and for a ride that DID NOT comply to the agreement that I paid for.

**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED**
After making a reservation for me, family, pets, and a lot of luggage for an internation relocation, the driver NEVER SHOWED UP at 4:00am, despite a confirmation the night before!
We were left outside, in the cold and dark with kids, pets, 12 pieces of luggage when we were called and told the driver overslept and our reservation was being canceled. I asked if they could make alternative transportation for us to LAX, and the callet said, "No" and hung up!
What do we do at 4:30am? At 3 times the price, we found an Uber Black SUV 25 minutes away. We missed flights, had ticket change fees, and this horrible company cost us almost $1,000 extra because their driver "overslept".
I am now on a mission to make sure as many people in LA and everywhere know just how bad this company is and what they did to my family. After nearly 2 weeks, many calls, dozens of emails, i have still not even received a response from anyone. And, they refuse to refund my credit card!!!! Total fraud and scammers, in my opinion.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND BE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL HAVE FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES LIKE ME IF YOU DO. PLEASE.

I made reservations for a pickup from the Inland Empire to Ontario International Airport on September 17, 2020. I received a cancellation phone call on September 20, 2020. Stating I would need to upgrade to a more expensive ride as the one I commissioned was unavailable. How convenient, they couldn't make this determination prior to my scheduled pickup time. My money won't be refunded for 3 to 5 days....nice! If anyone is listening, DON'T USE THIS SERVICE AS THEY ARE NOTHING SHORT OF CRIMINALS. If I could give them half a star I would.

They had me and my family wait 45 minutes after our pickup time. They didn’t even send a shuttle, they sent a uber who didn’t even take us to LAX. Would give them a 0 star if possible.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I booked a one-trip trip back in February for my May trip. Unfortunately, my trip was cancelled due to COVID-19. In March, I cancelled my transportation mid-March with Primetime Shuttle and was told, via email, that I would receive a refund within 30 days. Mid April, still no refund. I sent another email and received a reply stating “Due to Corona virus and high influx of cancellations that we received, refund process will take 45-60 working days after cancellation.” Again, I waited the appropriate time and sent another several emails. No response. I called and was told by their customer service that they will escalate my request. We are now in mid-July and I still have not received an email nor a phone call from Primetime Shuttle (yes, I even checked my spam). If this company can’t refund a $76.00, consumers be aware!!
