If flying into Australia internationally do NOT attempt to pre-book with this company. Upon arrival, they did not show up. When calling, they claimed I cancelled the day before, no shuttle was available and a refund was on its way. All lies. I was at sea the day before and made no such cancellation. We were left at the airport with baggage and used a taxi at higher cost to get to our arranged destination. No professionalism, no creditability, no trust. ZERO rating.

Booked a return trip from airport to Sydney city. My flight was delayed. When I got out of customs no shuttle was waiting. Tried calling 2 different numbers to confirm if I had missed the shuttle - no response. No attempt was made to contact me - as is stated on their website that they would do prior to pick up. 4 days later and still no response to my email. Money taken, no transfer and no explanation. Do not book for airport pick up!

It is with regret that I write this review to express my total dissatisfaction and disappointment with this company, and hope it finds its way to the inbox of someone who will deal with this matter promptly and effectively. After the sudden passing of my wife in June last year, I arranged a family holiday to the Gold Coast, for 15 of us; my 2 sons, my 3 daughters, their partners and my 5 granddaughters. Indeed a very special holiday, and somewhat emotional, as it was the first time we had all been away together since my wife’s passing. We all wanted everything to go smoothly, which it did, apart from dealings with this company. After deciding on a location and dates, I commenced the onerous task of making the arrangements for flights, accommodation, airport transfers and activities. When I booked, the booking doubled up and they received payment twice. When I alerted the company of this, it was acknowledged that there was a double up and I would receive a refund in due course. After weeks of assurances that I would receive a refund, (some $728), and receiving nothing, I lodged a complaint with my bank, who promptly reimbursed me. That was problem number 1.
Problem number 2. I telephoned this company on Saturday 13th August to confirm the pickup from our hotel on Sunday 14th, only to be told that due to mechanical failures in their fleet, they were unable to fulfill the commitment and the job would be cancelled. Really? That’s how they treat their customers? After reading some reviews on their business, I’m surprised they are still in business! I only wish I had read the reviews before I booked with this company because I would have gone elsewhere. So I was forced to make alternative transfer arrangements, at additional cost to me. This was very upsetting for all of us. Not a great experience at all. Be warned!! Do your homework, please!!!

Pick up from airport was fine return trip was cancelled from there end due to a covid issue which I totally understand. That's where the trouble starts it's been two months and counting and I'm yet to get a refund everyime I send an email to request by refund which they said they would give me. I get the same response of we will pass it onto the the accounts department...... they happy to take your money but so much to give it back. Still waiting on my refund

Booked and paid for airport transfers, was informed that they do not have capacity and I will be refunded. Have been 3 weeks, numerous emails, still waiting for my refund. Book a taxi, avoid this company

AVOID THEM - Unless you want to get stranded & pay for the privilege!
Just like so many people. I booked & paid for my airport transfer.
Then at the last minute they email & cancel my transfer leaving me stranded & having to take public transport home.
They offered a full refund, but Its been over 2 weeks and still no refund despite ringing on a regular basis & several email follow ups.
Fair Trading here I come!

Don't use this dishonest company. They charged us twice and will not refund the money. When we called the lady said that they couldn't see that they had charged us twice and to send a screen shot as proof. Did this and still waiting for a return call a week later. Working with the bank to see what they can do.

Amazing Service- plane delayed four hours. Chris the driver called and said he would meet us at the carousel. Helped transfer luggage as we were four adults and three small children. Excellent driver, friendly and helpful. Bus immaculate, highly recommend this service!!
