Easy to work with, affordable and great communication. We booked them 2 months prior to the wedding because our previous shuttle service (rolling V transportation services) was terrible with communication and wanted to hike up our price. Shout out to Chris for being a great driver and making sure he got our people to and from the hotel safely!

If I could give negative stars I would. They cancelled our shuttle appointment without even letting us know. The day before travel we called to check and they said our airport shuttle has been cancelled. Such a joke. We had to arrange another ride in the last minute. Thankfully we got one. Will never use the state shuttle ever in my life and will make sure none of our friends use them too.

Booked a last minute trip and EVERYTHING was fabulous! The driver was on-time and very polite. The car was clean, comfortable with self-controlled AC, and an outlet for charging my phone. Highly recommend!

Booked them for my wedding. Originally booked for them to start picking up from the hotel at 3:30pm. We had changed the time to 2:30pm a month before. Cut to the wedding day - I was standing outside with my bridesmaids holding my dress looking for the shuttle. The manager at the hotel alerted me that, my now husband, was on the phone with the shuttle service. They claimed they were unaware of the change and the shuttle was stuck in traffic. So which was it? Stuck in traffic? Or unaware of the change? They so graciously sent us two buses at no cost (why we would be charged I have no idea) to help out. From what I’ve heard from guests - one of the driver’s skills were questionable - claiming they almost got T-boned on the way to the venue. Completely frustrating to have this issue on your wedding day when you’re relying on them to transport guests.

Booked a round trip with state shuttle on route 15 in lake hopatcong well in advance for pick up at home in sparta and drop off at airport. The driver arrived on time to take me to the airport, however, my return pick up was a absolute nightmare. Seriously, I thought I was having a dream. I was scheduled to be picked up at 7pm. Waited for over two hours. Made several calls to the office and the person answering the phone kept telling me the driver was on the way. The driver finally arrived at 9:15. She took other passengers and left my luggage on the curve. Airport security called me as we were leaving the airport and told me my bag was left on the curve. I informed the driver that she had left my bag and we needed to go back and get it. She proceeded to drop all the other passengers off first at their home even though I had been waiting the longest for a ride home since 7pm. Keep in mind I had a reservation. Long story short, the driver finally took me back to the airport around 11pm to get my bag. I got home around midnight completely exhausted and depleted. She tried to blame everything on traffic and staff shortages. I advised her I would be posting my experience and will never use them again. Very unprofessional and unreliable. If you considering using state shuttle in late hopatcong, rethink your thought. I do not recommend these people. I'm still trying to recover from this horrible nightmare a day later.

State Shuttle is a wonderful company to use when traveling to Newark Airport. The drivers are courteous, careful. and prompt. I was completely satisfied with their service, and will absolutely use them again

Trip to JFK. An hour late for pick up on the busiest holiday weekend, and van has no AC working. It was sauna for two hours. Basically hostage to their horrible service. You literally provide one service; take people to and from a destination. It’s all you do. Unfortunately I am stuck taking them home but will never use them again after this trip. I guess you do get what you pay for.

Round trip shuttle from JFK to the cruise port (port Liberty) was great! Super friendly drivers- good customer service- and the cheapest price I could find for 16 people.
