You can make a reservation online or by calling them at (404) 641-0962 (no need to do both). The only time they strongly recommend you to call is if your flight is within 12 hours or less.
When you book a ride, they will monitor your flight and call or text you if flight delays. You can also change your reservation or even cancel it. They have a simple cancellation policy - just give them 24 hours notice, and you will get a full refund.
