Showed up 40 minutes earlier than arranged time, dropped off at the airport 7 hours before the flight !!! And the worst driving i’ve ever experienced!!!

I want to report a Bad and negligent driver who side swiped my car, breaking my right mirror and crossed a red light. Never would I send my kids with this company who hired a bus driver like the one who drove Bus #610 On 11/12/2020 named Pierre Marquez. He was going about 35 Mph in a 25 zone and crossed on a red light. On top of that he was rude and then does not admit fault. I have to give a star because thats the way google reviews are, However, I i am appalled that a guy like this has CDL License. He is really a threat to everybody else on the road and most importantly the kids he carries on the bus.

Truly a business of last resort since there are very few options from JFK to Philly. Their call center is incredibly rude, they've confirmed and canceled a reservation on me, and are generally extremely unpleasant to deal with. Almost worth it to skip this and take the hassle of Airtrain + LIRR + Megabus/Amtrak, which is an hour or two longer but far cheaper and less rude.

Terrible service. 4 miss calls. They keep saying that shuttle will in 15-20 minutes. Initially I had to wait an hour, but actually I waited for more than 2 hours
