Update: They refunded my money back. My flight arrived at the airport around 2:45PM and I started waiting at the exit gate (C6) around 3:00PM. Since no one showed up or reached me out, I called the dispatch number in the confirmation email at 3:20PM. After going back and forth between the local service provider, which is zTrip, and supershuttle for 40 minutes, I was claimed that the driver waited at the gate for 1 hour, he called me and I didn't answer the call. And eventually he left! I didn't even receive any single call from anyone! Nothing! And how possibly he waited for 1 hour, even though I reported my flight was supposed to arrive at 2:48PM and I tried to reach out the zTrip at 3:20PM? They lied to me as if the driver called me, refused to send me another van and took my money for a service that they didn't provide. Before arriving the airport, I wish I had known that getting a Uber ride could be much more easier and reliable.

NIGHTMARE. I called on our layover when I saw our flight would be delayed and was assured we would have a car when we landed. TWO HOURS LATER we were finally picked up by the worst driver I have ever experienced in decades of travel. Took another half an hour to get a normal driver. Won't be using super shuttle EVER again.

On our way to the airport, the driver showed up 30 minutes early. He wasn't the best driver (hit the curb, swerved into the other lane, had his rear view mirror turned away from him). On our way home, we got a text "no vehicles available". Spent 20 minutes on the phone being transferred around to find out we were indeed stranded at the airport at 12:30 am.

I will never use super shuttle again. IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND WOULD LIKE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, SUPERSHUTTLE IS NOT FOR YOU. I checked in and was told that the shuttle would arrive in no later than 30 minutes. I sat quietly for 30 minutes and asked when the shuttle would arrive and they directed me to the pickup area. I waited an additional 25 minutes and meanwhile tried to contact the driver without response. I went back to the counter which is supposed to be open until midnight but the worker left by 1115. When the shuttle finally arrived 75 minutes after i checked in we sat there waiting an additional 15 minutes waiting on “the last person.” I had enough at that point so i exited the vehicle and cancelled my reservation and called an uber. I would rather pay an additional 25 dollars to take an uber than ever use super shuttle again.

On Sunday morning 7/29/18, Angie (in van #843) gave a safe and delightful ride from KCMO to MCI. Three of us returning home after attending the National Storytelling Summit. When Angie found out we were storytellers, she asked if we'd like to hear the story of why there's KCMO and KCKS. We all said "Yes!" She shared a lot of history with us, as well as telling us when the highway crossed into KS for 1.3 miles on the way to the airport. She also mentioned that the story was for free - we'd all paid tips in advance and she wouldn't accept any more money because that would be double dipping.
