Called when no one picked us up. They said "sorry, there's a mechanical problem".
They didn't bother to inform us that the booking was cancelled. Told us to figure it out ourselves. Worst customer service ever.

All of the low ratings are interesting. Despite those, we booked trips to and from LAX from/to Huntington Beach. Our plan was that if they didn't show up on time we would just call a Lyft ride. The driver to LAX was named Alex, I believe. He was on-time, polite, professional, a safe driver and a gentleman. From LAX we had a driver whose name I believe was Minh. Again, on-time, polite, a little hard to understand, a safe driver but a little on the fast side, and took "short-cut" directions quite well. My only "beafs" with the operation was that the booking agent was a bit on the "not-too-congenial" side and that they required cash and did not tell us that up-front, although in the end it did don't present a problem. The drivers were respectful and the cars were clean.

Cancelled our ride with no notification. Had to wait 40 minutes till I could speak to someone to find out what was happening. Customer service was useless.

Plane was late, called many times and no answer. Finally got ahold of them and they said they have no drivers now, sorry. Terrible customer service. Ended up taking a taxi.

Poor communication, unprofessional appearance, older vehicle with no indication that it was infact from Super Shuttle. Not able to conduct business with a credit card. I got where I was going but not impressed.

Initial ride was good. However, trying to retrieve a bag we left in the van has been the worst experience ever! Poor to NO customer service! A complete runaround! We can't even get an address for lost and found and it's been two days
