AWFUL! do not book with super shuttle. i made a reservation a week before my flight out of ewr. my pick up window was 2:05 to 2:20. i received a notification that my ride was on the way at 2:00 , but when i opened the app to track it there was no route - no driver. i wait , and wait , and wait. finally, at 2:30 i decided to give them a call. the first rep i got a hold of transferred me to dispatch and then the call was dropped. when i called back, i got transferred to another rep , then another. finally, the last rep told me “unfortunately, due to heavy traffic we cant pick you up. we’ll give you a full refund.” this wouldve have been nice to know an hour ago?! not to mention they didnt even offer to have another one of their car services to pick me up or have me walk somewhere to get another shuttle - they just left me stranded. i will never book with super shuttle again.
