I booked through Super Shuttle website but I think the actual car was from Execucar or something like that. The driver Ross picked me up from Sky Harbor and also brought me and my elderly father back to Sky Harbor a few days later. I couldn’t have had a better experience. Ross was waiting for me outside the baggage claim; it was easy to find him, the car was immaculately clean and he gave me a bottle of water. We had some nice chit chat and laughs. Same thing for the return trip and he even got us a cart to pile all of the bags onto since my dad needs to walk with a cane and I couldn’t handle 3 bags plus a carry on. I know Super Shuttle has had issues in the past but its reputation is being restore by people like Ross. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks Ross!

Great service. Was half the price of an Uber for me. The driver was great in assisting with my bags out the airport and loading/unloading. Great experience.

I will admit it has been a while since I've used Super Shuttle, but honestly today reminded me why we should all use them more. My last few rides to and from SkyHarbor in other ride sharing vehicles were torturous but this ride was great. The driver Anthony was pleasant, even at 4am 😑. He helped load and unload all the bags. The van was clean and even decorated for the holidays. He chatted but it always felt natural. It was a very enjoyable ride. If super shuttle does end up staying around past the new years I think I'm gonna start utilizing them more. Although a student discount would definitely help 😋. Thanks for a fun trip and a great beginning to a hopefully great Christmas break. 🎄🥰

We are sad to hear that Super Shuttle is going out of business. We enjoyed using the service. We are now left with fewer option for getting to and from the airport. Best of luck to all the drivers and van owners.
