.MY DOG HAS BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN THIS BIZ
1. The driver may be playing their music loudly and they will refuse to turn it down when asked.
2. The bus makes random stops to pick up packages along the way so DO NOT expect it to be on time.
3. If you have any issues the person you call to talk about (which I did) will just tell you "that's just how it is" and to leave a bad review if you don't like it.
4. Read the other reviews....I guess we are lucky it even showed up as planned.

Dissapointing. A reservation means to them means you are committed to pay, but they can change terms on you. Shuttle is sometimes cancelled on you with very short notice. Unreliable. They will cancel your trip even if you prebooked it if it would be cheaper for them to try and force you to ride a much later journey. They will also make additional unscheduled stops that make everyone else late if other passengers pay them extra to do so.

I was able to make a very last minute reservation for my mom at 8:28pm for the 8:30pm shuttle leaving LAX. So grateful they have a 24/7 support line. I paid over the phone, was sent a receipt within minutes and they arrived within 10 minutes for the ride. She said the driver was safe and courteous. He also help transfer her luggage to my car at the drop off spot in Ventura. So grateful she didn't have to wait longer and was able to book with Central Coast Shuttle!

Save your money and take anything else but this shuttle!! Female driver is rude and a liar saying false statements when we submitted a complaint about her. The company found an answer to every little complaint we made not taking any accountability or really listening to the clients concern. The route is too long and they only make 1 stop in 4 hours that it takes them. No bathrooms on shuttle and seats DO NOT recline so it is a VERY uncomfortable ride. I'd rather loose the ticket to go back home and book elsewhere!

My flight was delayed returning to Santa Barbara at 12:30 am by 20 minutes when I got out I saw the shuttle was nowhere in sight. I called the main office and they said they waited and had to leave. I was not happy and said, how do you expect me to get home? He said you figure that out. That company has the most rude individuals operating it. I understand they can't wait for ever and I was pretty rude myself after being stranded over something out of my control. I suggest if you use them you have a back up plan cause I paid Uber another $ 140.00 to get home that night.
After this guys rude comment I won't be using them again.

Great ride. I always enjoy letting someone else do the driving. Would have liked a bit more comfortable seat. Owie my bum is a-bit-o-owie. Pic is L.A. traffic (405 Fwy) heading south to LAX.
