Waiting 25 min on a later passenger is completely disrespectful of y’all’s policy and everyone who was on time. 10min I understand, anything over 15. You need to go to the next stop. I’ve been a customer for years. And this is disheartening. Especially when travel works on a tighter schedule. No way. No explanation, no work towards letting us know how long we intend to wait on this later person or consideration for us. I hope you all tighten customer service and the sticking to your own policies.

Very prompt, and i would have to say reasonable cost. Figuring if you drove and what it would cost to park would be way more. Eliminates a lot of stress . Seats are comfortable and the driver was very helpful.

This company is not recommended in this age of unpredictable air-travel as there is NO flexibility in their refund policy, which requires 48 hours notice to cancel for a 90% refund (10% must go to "processing").
I pre booked shuttle for travel on company card and when a flight was canceled day of shuttle booking, I could not get any form of reimbursement, only voucher for future use for up to a year. This would never happen. I understand they had a 48 hour cancellation policy, but I called to cancel well before the shuttle had left their initial location for the day so am surprised that even from a customer service perspective they couldn't make something work, just keep the company's money and I never got any service. I am not angry with them, they were firm and polite, even if unrelenting to help me reconcile the knockdown effects of my canceled flight. I only just want to warn other folks not to use this company in this day and age given the massively unpredictable state of air-travel these days, unexpected health issues that can crop up and given that other options exist that are far cheaper. Forgot to mention also that the initial shuttle that I took was 20 minutes late for pickup. Overall, I would not recommend this company to book travel ahead of time, as there is no flexibility if something unpredictable happens with your flights, health or other.

Worst shuttle ever in Central California🖕🏼
I had reservation at 3:30 PM but I had to wait till 9:30PM and when I called them for my reservation they said they don’t have driver at this time so silly🖕🏼 When they don’t have drivers how do they schedule for pickup riders??? Also the employees are unofficial and rude 🖕🏼

I had such a great experience with this service. I called Kal at 930 PM and he was so helpful and quickly set up a ride for me to transfer from Santa Maria to LAX. I would 100% recommend this service and will 100% use them again!!
