History

In 2007, RideFlyReservations.com was launched which subsequently released Shuttlefare.com a rebranding initiative, opening for business in 2009. Only three full time employees managed the service with an overseas call center. As Shuttlefare.com continued to grow, the company moved their operations from Connecticut to Henderson, NV in 2011 and eventually built a new call center for reservations to be serviced in the US. Nevada was selected based on its strategic geographic location for traveler’s, destination market features, a number of skilled workers available with hospitality / customer service experience and the tax relief for Nevada-based businesses.

Shuttlefare.com has consistently grown over the years and now employs a staff of 15 from a diverse mix of cultural, religious and lifestyle backgrounds. Shuttlefare.com was recognized by the city of Henderson with a certificate highlighting the company’s significant economic impact within the community in 2011. Through online user loyalty and a commitment to high service-standards, by the end of 2012, Shuttlefare.com will have serviced over a million customers worldwide.
