    Select Service Type

    Selecting airport transportation is easy from our large assortment of super airport shuttle services which include airport shuttles like; SuperShuttle’s Blue Van service, Go Airport Shuttle, ExecuCar or Carmel Car and Limo Service. All the airport shuttle providers on this site are authorized and licensed by the airport to pickup/drop­off passengers at all terminals.     Receive Receipt 

    After your reservation you will receive a confirmation page by email, print out your confirmation receipt and hand it to the airport shuttle driver or shuttle representative at the airport. Your confirmation will include the shuttle service fare as well as airport arrival directions to find your shuttle

Getting picked up at the airport 

In 2007, RideFlyReservations.com was launched which subsequently released Shuttlefare.com a rebranding initiative, opening for business in 2009. Shuttlefare.com was created to bring airport travelers affordable super airport shuttle service options that they can book in advance. Shuttelfare.com started with only three full time employees and an overseas call center and has consistently grown over the years, now employing a staff of 15 from a diverse mix of cultural, religious and lifestyle backgrounds.

Instructions for pickup at the airport vary, but in most cases you'll be instructed to visit the ticketing counter to retrieve your boarding pass or in others, a representative will be standing curbside to assist you.

Ride to the Airport

You will be picked up at your home, office or hotel at the designated time you select on your reservation, taken to the airport in plenty of time, and dropped off right outside your airline terminal. We will even help with your luggage!

Or select a scheduled shuttle bus service conveniently located near your home/office or hotel. Scheduled shuttle service is the most economical and environmentally friendly way to and from the airport.

Luggage policy

Most companies have luggage policies similar to the airline's policies i.e. if you have more than two checked bags and one piece of hand luggage, or if you have golf clubs or a surf board, additional fees may apply. Please see each company's policy before reserving

Child Safety Seats / Pets

While laws vary from state-to-state, Shuttlefare.com recommends that small children 5 years and under be secured in a child restraint seat for transportation. Additionally, shuttle companies do not provide child restraint seats. It is the responsibility of a child's parent or caregiver to provide the Child Restraint System when transporting children in van and/or private sedan

Cancellation Policy

Life happens – so we understand that occasionally circumstances arise that change your travel plans. All we ask is that you contact us to cancel your reservation at least 24 hours prior to your reservation pick­up date. That way you will receive a refund less the convenience fee.

If you do not cancel 24 hours prior to your reservation pick­up date, you will not receive a refund for the reservation.
