Cancellation Policy

We understand your travel plans change. That is why we have made our cancellation process simple and easy.  Please cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to your pickup date for a full refund of the amount you paid pre-paid (service fee is non-refundable). Please cancel either on our website or by calling 877.300.4VAN (4826).

Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours from the date and time of your scheduled pickup will not be refunded the amount pre-paid online or the service fee.

NO SHOWS: Unfortunately, if canceled with less than 4 hours prior notice to your scheduled pickup time, ShuttleFare.com will charge your credit card the full amount of the quoted price.
