Rental Cars

Public Transportation
You don’t have to spend a fortune to get a reliable transportation option. In fact, you can get one for a really low price. Local buses offer the cheapest Barcelona Airport transfers, and there is a great number of bus lines serving the airport: 46, L77, L99, N16, N17, N18, PR1, PR2, and PR3.

L77: links BCN to Sant Joan Despí.

Barcelona Metro
The subway or metro connects both airport terminals with Barcelona City - look for the line L9 Sud Metro. Metro first stops at Terminal 2, near the airport train station, and then at Terminal 1 (on the ground level, close to the buses). This is one of the cheapest Barcelona Airport transfers.
One-way fare to or from the airport is 4.60€.
Train
There is one more way to get to Barcelona or other cities from BCN - by Renfe train. The R2 train line is the line that serves BCN Airport, and the trains depart every 30 minutes (from 6 AM to 11 PM). You can find the train station outside the Terminal 2 building.
If you want to go to Valencia by train, the ticket price will be as low as **12.20€. **
