Shuttle Service
If you need a ride from IND airport to the greater Indianapolis area, Ball State University, Indiana University (Bloomington) and Purdue University (Lafayette and West Lafayette) areas, you should consider scheduled bus/shuttle service. They are very popular due to their affordable prices.
Go Express offers non-stop service from IND airport to convenient locations near downtown hotels and the Indiana Convention Center.
The Go Green Airport Shuttle is the express shuttle serving Downtown Indianapolis. Some of its popular stops are Lucas Oil Stadium, The Convention Center, and The Marriott Complex.
The shuttle operates from 5 AM to 11 PM, every half hour, 7 days a week. And the price is just $12 one-way! Priority is given to online reservations, and it is recommended you book a round trip reservation online in advance.
Indianapolis Airport pick-up/drop off location is at Zone 1 in the Ground Transportation Center.

Go Express has Bloomington Shuttle Service as well. Bloomington to IND Airport Shuttle Service reservation is $23 if paid online. Kiosk price at stops may be higher, so you should reserve online to guarantee your seat.
Pick-up/drop off location for this shuttle is the same - at Zone 1 at the Ground Transportation Center.
In addition to Go Express, there is another airport shuttle service running from Bloomington to the Indianapolis Airport - Star of America. It offers nine runs to or from the airport every day, making multiple stops around campus each time.
If you need a shuttle service to Ball State University and neighboring cities, there’s University Airport Shuttle. This convenient airport shuttle is mostly used by students during holidays and semester breaks.
At the Indianapolis International Airport, their pickup/drop off location is at Zone 1 at the Ground Transportation Center.
This shuttle service is $55 per person, one-way. You should make an online reservation 48 hours in advance. No reservations will be accepted over the phone.

Lafayette Limo has convenient Indianapolis Airport Shuttle Service that runs between Lafayette, West Lafayette, and Purdue and the Indianapolis International Airport every two hours, every day.

BlueIndy
BlueIndy is the electric car-sharing service that offers rides from IND Airport to destinations around the City of Indianapolis. Their stations are available all over Indianapolis.
At IND Airport, you can find Bluecars on the fifth floor of the Terminal Garage and their enrollment kiosks on the third floor just outside the Pedestrian Bridge from the terminal.
The Bluecar is a 100% electric, 4-person vehicle. You can purchase one of the four membership options: daily, weekly, monthly or annual. After that, you have to pay for your minutes. Taxi Service
If you want to find a taxi at Indiana Airport, go to the curb on the lower level of the terminal just outside of Baggage Claim area. When you get there, all you have to do is press the green call button, and your taxi will be on its way to you.
Remember, there is a $15 minimum charge for all fares from IND Airport, regardless of your destination. Also, if you want to travel outside of the Indianapolis area, consult your driver for rates because fares may exceed the amount shown on the meter.
