If you’re looking for a connection between the airport and the city center, there’s an Express Bus Service operating from 07 AM to 12 AM: Paseo del Parque / Aeropuerto Express line.
The one-way fare for this line is only 3€. You won’t find a cheaper way to get to the city.

Where to purchase a bus ticket?
Exit Terminal 3 Arrival Hall, turn right and head outside into the square. There are a couple of kiosks where you can buy the ticket. Alternatively, you can purchase it when boarding your bus.
There is another possible airport transfer option - using a train. A suburban train line (the C1 line) connects Terminal 3 with several locations: Malaga City, Torremolinos, Benalmádena, and Fuengirola.
